Situé idéalement, avec une vue splendide.Appartement assez petit mais qui nous a parfaitement convenu pour 2 adultes et un petit chien ( attention le jardin n est pas clos ), le coin cuisine mériterait quelques aménagements, car peu de place, le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas et un seul bac évier pour faire la vaisselle et pouvoir l égoutter c était un peu du Tetris ce qui n a en rien gâché notre séjour.

Bel emplacement mais appartement à rénover

Très bien placé accès direct à la mer et aux chemins de randonnées. Par contre l'aménagement est vieillot et peu pratique. C'est meublé pour accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes donc peu de place pour circuler. Les pièces sont humides car les aérations ne fonctionne pas correctement. Dommage

Emplacement idéal mais appartement vétuste

Dès notre arrivée une odeur très forte de renfermé dans tout l'appartement, murs piqués dans la chambre ainsi qu' au niveau des fenêtres, robinet de cuisine non fixé et odeur très forte de renfermée dans les placards, joints de la salle de bain moisi, tapis de bain usagé et sale, l'annonce parlait de 2 lits 2 places, en réalité il y a 3 lits simples dont 2 de 90 cm et 1 de 70 cm de large (en faite un lit gigogne et non un lit 2 places) et un lit double, nous avons eu la chance d'habiter à 45mn du lieu ce qui nous a permis d'aller chercher 2 draps housse simple. La porte qui donne accès à la terrasse est également piquée en plus d'être très difficile à ouvrir. Cet appartement pourrait être charmant après une bonne rénovation, l'emplacement est super. Merci à Martine et Françoise du service conciergerie pour leur accueil.

Bonne location

La localisation proche de toutes commodités et l'exposition face à la mer et à quelques dizaines de mètres de celle-ci sont les points forts de l'appartement qui bénéficie d'une bonne luminosité. L'extérieur avec salon de jardin est très agréable et au calme en cette période de mi-mai. L'échange avec la propriétaire a été excellent. Nous pourrions louer à nouveau sans hésiter.

Puis que notre séjour était en hiver nous n'avons pas profité de l’extérieur. En revanche, lorsque nous ouvrions nos volets le matin, la vue sur la mer nous réjouissait. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont donnés toutes les informations nécessaires à notre arrivée.
