Villa Verde is located on a wonderful hill overlooking the sea 2km from Cannigione. The property develops on one level. The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom with walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom which has a whirlpool tub; two double bedrooms and a bathroom, a small laundry room. The living area is an open space with lounge, dining area and equipped kitchen. Two large windows make the environment bright and allow access to the outdoor area with veranda, garden and infinity pool overlooking the sea. The property is equipped with air conditioning in every room, TV, wi-fi and covered parking for two cars.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets.
