We stayed 4 nights in this hotel in July. The hotel itself is good. Rooms and equipment is clean, bathroom is good, beds and wardrobes are just like you would expect them to be. But there are things you have to be aware of. Highlights: - Breakfast is good and can be served inside or on outside terrace. No fried eggs, but boiled with the selection of cheese, sausages and pastries, plus fruits and juice. Just excellent start of your day. - Beach is just in few steps from the hotel. Can be easily reached. - There is a free parking on premises, you can park easily. - The rooms are air conditioned and it feels very well. Drawbacks: - There is an open air discotheque in the restaurant next to the hotel, which plays the music till 5-00 a.m. If your sleep is sensitive, it may be a problem. With windows closed you still can hear the music and singing. I slept well, but my mother could not. The acoustic windows would solve the problem, but they are not there. - Despite the hotel is a kind of beach hotel, there is no arrangement to dry your clothes or towel after the beach. You can hang them on the chairs, but it is way inefficient. - Beware you need a car to reach any shop, restaurant or public place from the hotel. It is close to Porto Cervo, but you need to drive. Also, do not expect to find good options for a restaurants nearby. In overall - this is just OK place, good for the price. Can be recommended for younger people and not very demanding adults.

The hotel is conveniently located near two of the best beaches in Costa Smeralda, Grande and Piccolo Pevero, which are at walking distance. Our room was ok, we moved things around to fit comfortably in 3, the bathroom was a good size. Service was friendly. It is a good 3 stars basic hotel.

The location is great. In front of Piccolo Pever beach, and very close to Grande Pevero beach. You can drive to all the other wonderful beaches around, and also to Porto cervo and Porto Rotondo. The rooms are very simple and a little old. At the first days we had some difficult with the staff, since only the owner and one lady were there, and they both only speak italian. On our last day Vittoria was there, she speaks english and is very helpfull. Since the staff is small, we didn´t have help with the luggages, s we got a ground floor (no lift). The breakfast was good, wifi sometimes was very slow. Free parking. For the price, i guess it was a good deal.

We spend two nights in Piccolo Pevero and were very satisfied! Clean rooms, we even had a small balcony. The hotel is very close to a nice beach where you can swim and relax. When you want to go further away, I recommend to take the car, the streets are not that good for walking. Great hotel, nothing to complain!

First of all, I have to mention we went in June. so not peak season or school holidays. The hotel is set in a lovely little spot with 2 beaches very near by. The whole area around the hotel is very well maintained, and the loveliest flowers along the road everywhere. The first beach is on your doorstep, and a minute's walk, the other one is 5min walk max, and a bit bigger. The beach is nice an quiet. Soft sand, and lovely clear water and safe to swim in. Have umbrellas and sun loungers - but really really expensive. €20 per person. (this is not part of the hotel) The actual hotel is really nice. Not 5 star or lush, but really nicely decorated. Basic, but very clean and nice! The only downside was/is that there is a nightclub very close by. We didn't know this, and at the time, the hotel staff also didn't know that the nightclub will be open, as apparently its only open in peak season, July and August. At which point the staff knows about it, and won't book you into certain rooms. We were in room 106. I would say stay well clear of 102-106!! your window is facing this nightclub, and the music literally went till 4:00am!!! both the Friday and Saturday night, we couldn't get any sleep at all. I cant begin to describe how loud it was. I am surprised it is legal! 106 is also very poky and dark. We complained, and a lovely lady at reception, Victoria, helped us. She is really friendly and very helpful. Speaks English as well. She moved us into a new room - which was amazing! We were moved to room 107, which had a nice patio area. I would definitely say pay more, and book a room with a patio, or even better, a balcony as you will have the best view of the lovely beach area. These rooms are also light, well decorated with nice showers. unlike room 106. In short, I will definitely return here, the hotel is beautiful, staff really nice and helpful, breakfast good, its clean and so close to a perfect beach. Just make sure you get either a patio or balcony, and take earplugs! then you will be fine. Just a side note: we found you MUST have a car in Sardinia. Taxis will cost you a small fortune, and where this hotel is located, there aren't many restaurants (2) to eat or a supermarket. you will have to drive to get food and go to the supermarket. It is a very short drive, but too far to walk. So from a location point of view, excellent if you have a car, but really bad if you don't!

We enjoyed our stay here. Vittoria was excellent, very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate and closest beach was good too. Definitely require a car when staying here as so much to explore. Porto Cervo was great to see but so glad we stayed here as it is definitely a place where the rich get richer and the poor become broke! Be careful when travelling to the beaches by car and only park in the designated Parking areas (big blue P) as we got a parking ticket!

Everything was great! Breakfast was very delicate! Garden with flowers and very clean in the rooms! Special thanks to Vitoria and charming gentleman at the reception for your help in all questions! Will recommend the hotel to friends and would come again! We have traveled around the World., but this hotel's special. Thank you! Good luck! )))))

Small hotel close to a beach less than a 10 minute drive into Porto Cervo. We stayed for 3 nights to use it as a base to explore the north-east of the island. The hotel itself is small and clean but there are no real facilites here. In late September the locality is very, very quiet as the season is effectively over. The beach here is ok but there are far better beaches in the area, however it is a good base for exploring the wider area. Breakfast was the usual mix of cheese, hams, croissants, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice etc served either indoors or on a small patio area. Rooms are in a traditional style and simply furnished. Air con was available.

Vacanza perfetta in Costa Smeralda!
