Casetta Gli Ulivi is a charming studio apartment in a newly renovated villa in Arzachena in a very quiet residential area.
A pleasant mini-apartment with living room / bedroom with kitchenette, complete bathroom with shower, a covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining or even a simple relaxing aperitif.
After the iron gate you arrive at the garden, which leads to the house. the garden shaded by olive trees exudes a sense of coolness and even on hot days they create a pleasant breeze.
At less than 100 meters you will find a shopping center equipped with supermarkets, bars, pizzerias and everything that is useful for a pleasant holiday.
