Friendly staff, clean facilities. Clean beach. Stuff accommodated us with better Talapas every day.

We have been to many Caribbean islands, including many times to Aruba. This was our first visit to the Hyatt and I can state unequivocally that this was the best vacation we ever had. As great as the facility was, the staff was even better. They proved you can be incredibly efficient and still be just plain nice. We will be back soon.

Great hotel and staff. Very rarely do you stay at a hotel with everything being spot on.

Long story short, this is a beautiful hotel and for the most part was very nice. The staff was very nice and amenities were very good. We decided to splurge because it was our 40th anniversary. What brings this review down is that we were put in a room next to one that was being renovated. Starting at 8 AM on our 3rd day, each day they would get to work. After one day of being patient I went to the front desk after tripping on a tool cart left directly in front of our door. I told them of the noise and the safety hazard and was offered a small credit on our bill but was told all rooms were sold out. We continued with our vacation only to have the same thing happen (even the cart was left in from of the door again). I again went to the desk who referred it to his manager and was told he would see what he could do upon check out. On check out day the manager apologized and offered a one day credit to our bill (at least it was something). It's a shame all of that happened because it could have been an awesome stay, instead of a disappointing one.

Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The beach and pool are awesome. The staff is excellent and very friendly.

Beach was beautiful. Food was great. Utv riding was spectacular.

This resort is stunning! We had a wonderful time.

I highly recommend this hotel, and having walked along the beach and scoped out the others in the area (Marriott, Hilton, Riu Palace) the Hyatt seemed to be smaller and nicer than the rest, so we were happy we chose it. My one complaint is that the food and drinks were expensive. It's no surprise that food/drink are cheaper off the hotel property and fortunately there are plenty of options around. But if you plan on laying on the beach all day drinking cocktails ($12-$15 apiece) it adds up fast. The hotel itself is great, the staff is very courteous, the concierge was helpful, the gym is clean and well furnished, and rooms are what you'd expect from the Hyatt. The lobby offers great views out on the water. The hotel also has an easy booking process for palapas and offers free rafts for floating in the ocean, which we didn't see anywhere else and were a great feature for relaxing on the water. All in all, I recommend this place but think you're better off going elsewhere for drinks (or BYO) and food (although what we did eat at the Hyatt was delicious).

The Hyatt was incredible as always! The staff was perfect on the beach and in the facility. Just an amazing experience overall!!!

Bad experience, bugs in the bed took pictures tryed to talk to management they would not come to see me they stayed away all week. Bites on my back my family was upset all week. I will disbut the hotel rate with my credit card.

A simple hot 12 dollars. Male staff not too corteous.

There's not one thing I can say negatively about this hotel. We've stayed here a few times and we were never disappointed. They go above and beyond to make your vacation special from the beautiful scenery and amazing food to the convenience of being right in the center of everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aruba.

Great overall experience. staff was accomodating and room was clean.

My family and I loved the Hyatt Regency. It's location was perfect for everything! The grounds are the most beautiful of any other property we saw and the service was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again - as a matter of fact, we meet many people who stay here exclusively when they travel to Aruba. Loved it!

I've always loved Hyatt Hotels, this one inpeticular has special meaning, my wife and I met there 26 years ago. It was great to see many of the original staff members that have been there from the beginning. Says a lot about Hyatt Phylocify.! Excellent location and excellent swimming,

was good trip would go back and stay at the hyatt no complaints aruba is gorgeous place

This hotel was perfect for my toddler with its animals and greenery. It was a step away from the beautiful beach. The palapas were easily rented ahead of time and the staff sets it up with towels in the morning so you don't have to do much. The hotel nickel and dimed is for placing local calls $1.50 each but the staff was so sweet and happy you over looked it. The rooms were clean but on the small side with no balcony. My hubby wanted to sit on a balcony to enjoy the view and his beers but it didn't fit a chair. Aruba was a price gouge. His six pack canned Corona cost $42 at the convenience store but that was a bargain compared to the bar $10 each. I love Aruba so I didn't care but he is more partial to other traveled beaches.

Beautiful hotel! The beach was amazing! The hotel staff went over and above to help you! The Mexican restaurant had the best fajitas I have ever had. The location was great!

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. I was not disappointed and would definitely recommend staying here.

Mingling with the garden plants, wildlife and water features are all fantastic adding to the very serene relaxing, or energetic if you want it, atmosphere at all times.
