Hotel was clean as well as our room. Staff was courteous. We had the buffet breakfast which served a variety of foods--from eggs to yogurts, danishes, fruit and at least 4 types of juices. Location of hotel is perfect having many restaurants and shops across the street. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

We were not aware of the daily “service charges” for this property. It’s a lovely property but be aware that the price you book is not the price you pay . Our stay cost us $550 more than expected because of service charges . Additionally you have to pay for palapas on the beach . Another $100 a day which is ridiculous after spending so much to stay there.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Area was always clean. We really loved how everything was accessible. Everything was walking distance, from our room, to the beach and to the restaurants what more can you ask. Although our room was located near the construction site, we didn't care for the noise because we were outside most of the time. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel.
