Room that we stayed in needs needs major repairs. The closet doors are old and appeared damaged by water from the AC above. They store utensils under the kitchen sink which makes no sense. They are stingy with the shampoo and conditioner by giving out 1 of each very tiny tube. Very sad the tiny shampoo is shared between my long hair and my husband hair. The customer next to our room smoke marijuana and the smell went to our room through the Receptionists are helpful overall. The shuttles to the destinations in other divi resorts are one of the best amenities.

The room was good for a family of our size. The staff very welcoming, hard working and willingly to go above and beyond to meet your needs. What I did not like was the tiers of the all inclusive in which we learned about when we got there. I also did not like the fact that you only had access to certain amenities/restaurants. All the restaurants were on the other side of the resort of our room. Good thing there were trolleys to take me and my three toddlers around. The resort was decent, like I said I just did not like the tiers of the all inclusive. if a resort is all inlcusive everything should be included for one price!

The gym was absolutely amazing! The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job in the room and there were always fresh, clean towels. Additionally, there were always towels available for the pool/beach. The restaurants were clean and all had air-conditioning. My biggest complaint is that checkout time is at 10 AM and you can only get a late checkout for 11 AM.

Very clean and property well maintained. Great staff. If I had to complain/be picky, it would be our room needed a new mattress and not impressed with the food/chef. Nonetheless, I would stay here again without hesitation. We were in Divi Dutch.

We had the best experience. Room was cleaned every time we left. Dishes put away, fresh towels. Fantastic service from front desk as well as little travel golf carts to get you around the property. Even had some great food options. We definitely give it 5 stars

Our first night we were woken up twice with a man in the next room screaming and the door handle that connected our room to his being shaken. We called security and the next day went to the Divi Golf resort and talked to the guest manager and she was able to give us an upgraded room at that resort area of Divi. I would never stay at Divi Dutch.

Some of the staff members were nice not all. This is a beautiful resort and we came here to celebrate a big birthday with 10 guests and we were somewhat satisfied . My wife and I was hoping to bring our children but we must do our homework first before choosing Aruba or Divi . The staff needs to be more customer service oriented and make guests feel like home , valued and welcome .
