The room wasn't overly clean but it wasn't the worse. The towels were stained with red marks as was the blanket. The only other complaint is the shampoo and conditioner bottles the first night were half full only obviously reused from another room and this continued on through our whole stay, always left half used bottles of shampoo and conditioner. It was still a great trip and I'd say the resort was a 7 out of 10.

Amazing Staff !! Amazing Place !!! Limited food options, there are other better options for all inclusive called Mega Package which will give you wider choices and better food selection and access to premium properties. Also be aware of what you are getting and make sure they are included with Hotel.com and Divi Property. Will visit again with family.

Room that we stayed in needs needs major repairs. The closet doors are old and appeared damaged by water from the AC above. They store utensils under the kitchen sink which makes no sense. They are stingy with the shampoo and conditioner by giving out 1 of each very tiny tube. Very sad the tiny shampoo is shared between my long hair and my husband hair. The customer next to our room smoke marijuana and the smell went to our room through the Receptionists are helpful overall. The shuttles to the destinations in other divi resorts are one of the best amenities.

The room was good for a family of our size. The staff very welcoming, hard working and willingly to go above and beyond to meet your needs. What I did not like was the tiers of the all inclusive in which we learned about when we got there. I also did not like the fact that you only had access to certain amenities/restaurants. All the restaurants were on the other side of the resort of our room. Good thing there were trolleys to take me and my three toddlers around. The resort was decent, like I said I just did not like the tiers of the all inclusive. if a resort is all inlcusive everything should be included for one price!
