No one was at the pool!!! Frozen grapes... excellent drinks!!! The staff is so accommodating and wonderful!!! We love this place!!

They put us on the side facing a disco. Very loud music and we couldn't sleep. Finally after midnight we asked to change rooms which they accommodated. We then learned the disco went until 3am. This was on a Sunday night. The bellman was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom feels too small get rid off the tube Cheap shampoo

Okay. We stay here one or two nights normally to extend our timeshare week.

We enjoyed our short stay. The free breakfast is just some pastries and fruit, coffee and juice. Don't expect much. Very nice location though. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. We were there for restaurant month and food was nice. Wifi worked well. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Stayed here for one night before we checked into Marriott Surf Club. Taxi ride from airport $25 bucks. Checked in late and room was clean but very damaged due to humidity. Rust all over the place. They had an AC that worked great and they also had a dehumidifier. Room was on 3rd floor and you could hear noise from below. Brickell Bay was in a great location. Went down for coffee and breakfast sandwich at Burger King right next door. 2 Dushi water bottles were left in the room and it was deeeelish. The room felt wet due to no carpet and the humidity. Would stay here again if needed but we'll see.

Just stayed one night before checking in to a timeshare. We made reservations 6 months ago but they did not have them. It took over 30 minutes to check in due to having to have the manager book some rooms. The rooms were fine. Beds were comfortable. AC was either on or off, no in between or fan adjustment. Pool was nice. Outside music was a bit loud in the room and went until past 4am. Staff was friendly. Overall OK for the price and what we were using it for.

This hotel is not the best of the best but I will say it is in the heart of everything clubs at your doorsteps restaurants at your door step. Not on the beach but close enough less then a 5min walk or they will shuttle you to the beach with loung chairs just for you. Some of the staff at desk not to friendly but other staff was. I would stay here again training alone I felt safe.

This place really surprised me. For a small place it speaks volumes. From the moment we arrived the staff was very helpful right until the second we left. Everyone was so capable and willing to help us with reservations to local restaurants, even when they were difficult arrangements. We were so very pleased with every aspect of our stay and we definitely intend to return. STAY HERE! you won't be disappointed. I will recommend this place to anyone that asks.

had the time of my life here. pretty much came by myself so I didn't really need much of anything. was there for a few days and enjoyed myself

I came here to meet up with some friends, but had my own room. The Inn is close to the beach, but not on the beach which is why it is a bit cheaper. This is fine by me it took less than five minutes to walk to their beach section. The beach staff was very attentive and had towels and brought us chairs for lounging. My big complaint is about the breakfast. It consists of a basket of bread, orange juice, and coffee. No protein or much of substance. I wish they would have charged an extra $5 and included eggs and cheese or reduced the price and let visitors find their own breakfast. One other thing. The pool bar opens early and closes at 6:00pm. Most people do not get to the pool until later in the day so when the pool was filling up the bartenders were leaving. I would be nice if the bar stayed open later so we could enjoy more afternoon pool time.

Staff was awesome from day one to the end of my stay. Price is great and all restaurants you can imagine are right their. It's not a beach front hotel but just a few steps away no need to hate on anyone it more cool to take that walk down the strip and enjoy the sun set or rise, can pick up a snack or drink on the way. Very good wifi, hot water, comfy beds and much more.

We stayed at the brickel bay for 6 nights. We wanted a hotel that was affordable but at The same time close to the beach. Granted its not right on the beach like most hotels hower its literally a few steps away (about 200 yards)... They do have a shuttle to the beach and they're where everything happens at night.... Great location.if you don't want to spend 2-300 a night like us but still have a great location , brickel bay is perfect

This hotel met our expectations, close to beach and downtown. This trip was for work. Hard to get breakfast before work the hotel restaraunt did not open before 8 am.

The overall experience at the hotel was pleasant and worth the money because it was one of the more budget friendly hotels because it wasn't on the water but it was across the street from the ocean so it wasn't bad. The staff was very friendly as in helping with transportation to activities and booking them for us. The only thing that was disappointing was the complimentary breakfast they only had two options and both were not even breakfast. No eggs or anything just a basket of bread or a cheese plate. Coffee was included but it would have been nice to have other options. Besides that the hotel is nice and I enjoyed my stay there.

Room was ok, but apparently it was an smoking permitted room and I was not advised. I complained about it and they did not indicate smoking was allowed, but on the check out receipt, they have the "hotel smoking policy" printed and it says that smoking is allowed in ground floor rooms, which is where I stayed.... I hate smoke, so it wasn´t a pleasant smell for me. Aditionally, we were told that breakfast was not included, eventhough you indicated it was included in the details of the reservation...

This hotel is located right across from the bigger ones. So instead of paying extra hundreds of dollars per night stay here and just walk across the street! Also right next to great restaurants. The Sand bar is great-fun atmosphere, can sit on couches or at the bar. Pool area is very nice-but the actually pool is super chemically-which I'm sure is what most pools are. Spa was great. The "free breakfast" was not that great but had delicious fresh squeezed O.J. Our room had no amenities like mini fridge or coffee maker but we didn't really need that. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again because of decent quality, inexpensive, great location. Added bonus: iguana licking my toes poolside when I fell asleep

Needed 3 extra nights in Aruba and this place met my needs

The room was comfortable and clean. They offer a nice continental breakfast. Friendly staff.

Got a great deal on this hotel. I didn't know what to expect. The staff and location made it a huge value! The beach is just across the street and several of shops around you. The staff greatest me by name and helped me book activities around the island. Overall very happy with my stay there.
