Fully equipped dream villa with panoramic sea views, private swimming pool and direct access to the sea.

This unique seafront property is located in the precious area of Betlem, only 5 minutes drive from Colonia de Sant Pere. Betlem has a low pace vibe, there are no large buildings or crowds, only large villas so it offers a model of gentle tourism. Es Racó de Betlem means "the quiet corner of Betlem" in mallorquin, meaning it's the perfect nest for those seeking tranquility and unbeatable views combined with an incredible high quality property.

The house is divided in two floors. The ground floor, which has the most appealing wooden floors and wide glass doors, we will find the the living area with some beautifully laid sofas, an inviting fireplace, fat TV screen, books and stunning sea views.
One can easily see her/himself resting in one of the sofas, reading a good book, only sometimes being distracted by the sound of the waves a couple of meters away.

The fully equipped kitchen, with its designer and modern style, has everything you need to cook tasty meals for friends and family.

On the same ground floor we will find one of the bedrooms with direct access to the ground floor terrace with its sea views, two single beds and it's en-suite bathroom.

Moving to the upper floor we will find the master bedroom with a private terrace with panoramic sea views and ensuite master bathroom with two sinks and a magnificent bathtub as well as another bedroom with sea views and en-suite bathroom.

Going outside through the large glass doors on the living area, we find the gem of the house which the whole combination of a porch with table, chairs for outdoor dining, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, all with breathtaking views over the mediterranean as well as to the mountains of the Parc de Llevant.
From the garden, you will have direct access to the small beach below with crystal clear water.

At the rear of the house we find another wonderful outdoor space which has a wooden veranda, a set of table and chairs and sun loungers, perfect for eating, sunbathing in those cooler days where wind might be a little strong at the front. So this house has been perfectly laid and prepared in order to be ideal for any season of the year.
