The Bellpuig estate is a charming rural property located on the outskirts of Artà, with an area of 14,500 m² and capacity for 8 people. Surrounded by nature and with views of the mountains and garden, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
The main residence has 4 spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 2 bathrooms with a shower. It also has an independent gas kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to cook as if at home, and a cosy living room with a fireplace and satellite television in several languages (Spanish, English and German).
Outside, you will find a furnished terrace of 25 m², garden, children's area, barbecue and a private swimming pool surrounded by nature. The property is completely fenced and offers outdoor parking for 2 vehicles.
The Bellpuig estate combines spaciousness, privacy and Mallorcan rural charm. Don't think twice and enjoy unforgettable holidays in this little paradise!
