Independent house of 30m ² very sunny and calm, consisting of a room to live with a sofa bed and a kitchen done up in the American. Numerous tidying up. A shower room with shower, washing machine, towel dryer and WC.

Outdoor facilities: Veranda with garden furniture, wooden terrace, deck chairs and barbecue.

This studio is ideally located in the heart of Ars-en-Ré, less than a 5-minute walk from the Market Square but also from the Place de l'Eglise.
The bicycle paths are also nearby.

Le petit cocon idéal pour un séjour sur l'île de Ré
La Corderie est une petite location vraiment agréable et d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un séjour sur l'île de Ré seul ou à deux. Le logement est harmonieux, propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé (commerces et arrêt de bus à proximité). La jolie terrasse était également la bienvenue pour profiter de ces quelques jours printaniers.

Un Bémol
Intérieur très propre mais jardin un peu beaucoup oublié (herbes hautes et terrasse sale et donc glissante quand il pleut) Dommage car c'est un petit écrin très sympa si on y prête un peu d'attention
