Lovely conveniently placed hotel close to Loch Lomond, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice on the menu for evening dining. Self service breakfast again with plenty of choice and all freshly cooked. The hotel has places to relax just off the reception area, lots of comfee seats Pleasant walk across the road along the bank of the Loch although this is probably busy during the summer season

As we visited in the month of May , it was cold and we had to beg to have the heat turned on. Once it was,it was comfortable. I do not think that the rooms have seen any updating since the 1970’s…the room furniture was not in good shape. The hotel is well situated overlooking Loch Lomond and easy to get anywhere. This breakfast was great!

The location was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good enough. The hotel was clean. It needs updating. Our two nights stay was satisfactory. We had a hot water problem in the shower but it was attended and fixed. Though water in the shower was not hot enough not enough force. No major issue. Thanks
