Besides this are a lot of tapas bars and restaurants in less than a minute from the apartment. The island's capital since the second half of the 19th century, Arrecife is the administrative and commercial center that is home to over half the population. The apartment is in a good location with fantastic views over the Charco.This means it can be a little noisy when the bars close. The apartment is well laid out and generally clean, there are some problems with general maintenance. Balcony doors not locking correctly, staining of sofa and cushions for the balcony furniture.
