Outstanding!
The location and presentation of the apartment was perfect for our 7 night stay in Arrecife. The balcony overlooking the marina gave us a wonderful sunny aspect and the kitchen had all facilities we needed for self catering in style. There is also a private and secure underground car park. Communication with the host was excellent and our check in went very smoothly. Highly recommend this accommodation in a central location.

Relaxing stay in a great location
Lovely property: very spacious and with a super view from the balcony. Bars/ restaurants close by but not too noisy. Great welcome from the owner's mum who met us on his behalf. Private garage space was a bight of a tight fit getting up and down the entry ramp but the access by lift from the garage to the apartment floor was ideal with the wheelchair. Definitely a good value apartment.

The apartment was lovely. Very spacious and tastefully furnished. We had a beautiful outlook over the lagoon and there was always something to see - children on canoes, people tending to their boats, wildlife and even a ray in the water one evening. It was quieter than the resorts of Playa Blanca and Puerto del Carmen but that suited us perfectly. Would definitely go back.

Superlage mit kleinem Schönheitsfehler
Die sehr schön geschnittene, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt an der schönsten Stelle Arrecifes, direkt am und vom Balkon und allen Fenstern aus mit Blick auf den Charco de San Gines. Leider ist genau dies das Problem; denn ganz besonders abends zieht es Unmengen von Touristen, Einheimischen und vielen Jugendlichen an das Ufer und in die vielen dort befindlichen Restaurants, und sie verbleiben hĂ€ufig sehr lange dort. Das eine Schlafzimmer mit den beiden Einzelbetten liegt genau ĂŒber dem im Untergeschoss des Hauses liegenden Restaurants. Ohne sehr gute Nerven und Ohropax ist darin an Schlaf vor 0 - 1 Uhr kaum zu denken. Ăberhaupt ist das Haus ziemlich hellhörig: den Aufzug, die AufrĂ€umarbeiten im Restaurant usw. bekommt man auch in dem Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett mit. Abgesehen von diesem Punkt haben wir uns in dem Apartment wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht
Es war alles toll, die Wohnung war perfekt, die Lage genauso, wie wir es wĂŒnschten. An einem kleinen See mit kleinen Fischerbötchen. Direkt unter uns einige Restaurants an der Promenade. Unweit von der FuĂgĂ€ngerzone mit ihren GeschĂ€ften.
