Perfect in every respect!
Amazing first floor apartment in fantastic location - within a few steps of Arrecife''s beautiful historic waterfront (known as El Charco, with a terrific range of tapas bars & restaurants) but situated down a very quiet side street. Added bonus is the included underground car park for 1 car, with a lift to help unload the luggage - very unusual in El Charco!
Very stylish decor, spotlessly clean, extremely well-equipped kitchen, stunning bathroom & wonderfully comfortable beds.
Exceptional value & Ana is a really welcoming host.
Many, many thanks for an unforgettable week - looking forward to returning in 2024 - but this time it will definitely be a two week stay!!!

Very modern, stylish and well equipped apartment.
We enjoyed being in Arrecife and mingling among the local community. Plenty of choice for local tapas bars & restaurants virtually on our doorstep. It was wonderful to see the various local families with their friends meeting up and enjoying themselves. It was a joy to sit and soak up the atmosphere, and the warm sunshine.
Ana is a lovely person and it was a joy to meet her. She made us feel very welcome during our stay. We both feel that it was a bonus that Ana lives locally and would be there if needed, rather than trying to contact an absent landlord living in another country, not that we had any problems. The apartment and the holiday were just perfect. Thank you Ana.

Centrally located, stylish, comfortable & well equiped, 2 bedroom apartment
The apartment was perfectly located a few steps from the waterfront lagoon and the lovely local restaurants. We really did say "wow" when we walked in and looked around. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was more than provided for. We were made to feel very welcome and at home by the owner, who made sure we knew where all local amenities were. This is a good base from which to explore Lanzarote especially if Resorts are not your preferred location. We will definitely book this apartment again.

Wunderschönes Apartment in zentraler Lager
Die Wohnung liegt in 2. Reihe am Charco de San Gines, einer kleiner Lagune mitten in Arrecife. Dort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, die vor allem von Einheimischen besucht werden. Alles ist super fußläufig zu erreichen und man ist mittendrin im Leben.
Die Wohnung ist sehr umfangreich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Vielen Dank auch an Ana, unsere tolle Gastgeberin. Schon im Vorfeld haben wir viele Informationen bekommen und wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich empfangen. Check-In und Check-Out war sehr unkompliziert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ana's place, Charco St Gines and Lanzarote, a nice cocktail for our first visit in Canary island
We had a very warm welcome and support from Ana all along our stay.
Her home is very well situated, really close from Charco St Gines - the place to be Arrecife.
It is safe, calm, very clean, and we also appreciated the (small) garage, so no worry about where to park the car when coming back from visiting Lanzarote. One minute walk from restaurants facing the small boats and St Gines Church area - so nice for diner at night, and shopping areas. We really enjoyed.... Lanzarote is beautifull.

La casa es exactamente cómo se ve, preciosa y muy acogedora. No falta ni un solo detalle, en la cocina hay de todo lo que puedas necesitar para cocinar, y si no tienes ganas de cocinar la zona es perfecta para ir a cualquiera de las terracitas que miran al charco, y disfrutar de la comida y las vistas. Una de las cosas que todos echamos de menos cuando salimos de vacaciones es la cama, pero Ana se ha encargado personalmente de elegir los colchones y vaya que si se nota!! Igual q en un cinco estrellas!
El apartamento tiene plaza de garaje, súper cómodo porque al ser zona céntrica, siempre es un poco más complicado aparcar en la puerta, y cuando vienes cargado con maletas una plaza de garaje q accede directamente a la vivienda resulta muy practico!
Cualquier adjetivo que puede decir de Ana se queda muy, pero que muy corto. Tres días antes de nuestra llegada ya estaba pendiente de nosotras, hemos intercambiado varios emails, nos ha informado de las actividades que había en la isla durante los días de nuestra estancia, de un concierto, de las fiestas de un pueblecito, de lo que había que ir a ver, de donde comer y que vinos probar.... (Ha sido mucho mejor que comprar el lonely planet) Siempre amable, con una sonrisa y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo que pudiésemos necesitar.
Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas!

Modern, gloednieuw, uiterst comfortabel, functioneel, mooi, schoon appartement op de eerste etage.
Een zeer complete, mooie, keukeninventaris is aanwezig.
De plek waar de de eettafel staat, is voor 4 personen onhandig en krap.
Voor ons (2 volwassenen) moest de zitbank verplaatst worden om aan de eetafel te kunnen zitten en dan kijk je tegen een muur aan.
Het is wel mogelijk om aan het kookeiland plaats te nemen (3 zitplaatsen).
Er is geen vaatwasser en er is geen balkon/terrras waar je op kunt zitten. Een was-/droogmachine, strijkijzer en -plank, badhanddoeken en keukendoeken zijn aanwezig.
Een prima inloopdouche.
De 2x1-persoonsbedden per slaapkamer zijn hoog en comfortabel. Veel kastruimte in beide slaapkamers en in de keuken.
De garageplek in de kelder van het gebouw is zeer krap en vereist zeker in het begin een goede stuurmanskunst. Een parkeer alternatief is de gratis, grote parkeerplaats in de Calle Juan de Quesada, waar tevens een toeristen informatie centrum is. Deze parkeerplaats ligt enkele minuten lopen van het appartement vandaan. Het wooncomplex is wat gehorig.
Het appartement heeft geen bijzonder uitzicht, maar om de hoek ligt de wandelboulevard met meerdere terrasjes. La Bulla en Tasca La Raspa serveren heerlijke tapas.De grote supermarkt Hiperdino, geldautomaten en winkels zijn te vinden in de Calle León y Castillo, binnen een paar minuten te bereiken via de wandelboulevard. In de Calle Hermanos Zerolo, tegenover de Hiperdino zit een uitstekende bakker/lunchroom. Deze is 7 dagen per week geopend. Het totale huurbedrag wat op de site van Home Away vermeld stond voor 8 nachten was lager dan dat de eigenaresse vroeg via de mail. Dat was verwarrend. De eigenaresse is zeer voorkomend uiterst vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Zij schrijft en spreekt uitstekend engels en is een uitstekende gastvrouw.
