In the heart of the Ardèche Verte, 12 minutes from Tournon-sur-Rhône, our house is ideal for a nature break between vineyards and the Rhône Valley. Cycle along the ViaRhôna or the Ardéchoise routes, explore the Doux Gorges and the surrounding villages. In the evening, enjoy the garden and savour a Crozes-Hermitage or Saint-Joseph wine while looking out over the valley. It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries, for a weekend of cycling and wine tasting, or a nature break on your way to your holiday destination.
Accommodation The house can accommodate up to 5 people, making it ideal for a stay with family or friends.
It comprises: - one bedroom with a double bed - one bedroom with 3 beds (2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed)
You will also enjoy: • an enclosed courtyard for parking your car • a south-facing garden • a small terrace accessible directly from the kitchen for meals in the sun • an unobstructed view of the Rhône valley
A sheltered area is available for secure bicycle storage. Ideal for cyclists travelling along the ViaRhôna, perfect as a cycling stopover in the Rhône Valley.
House on three levels: - a staircase with 8 steps to access the living room and bathroom - a small staircase with 6 steps to access the bedrooms
The stairs are not secured, so the house may be less suitable for young children. Some cupboards remain private. The garage and sheds in the courtyard are not accessible.
We will be delighted to share our favourite places with you: wine cellars, restaurants, walks and secret spots in the region. A little local advice: in Ardèche, never forget your sun cream... and mosquito repellent!

Cycling: - the start of the legendary Ardéchoise cycling race takes place 23 km away in the village of St Félicien in mid-June - The Grande Traversée de l'Ardèche, or GTA, is a mountain bike trail starting in Annonay
Trails: -Trail du Saint Joseph, in Sarras-sur-Rhône: 7 km, 15 km or 32 km. -The Ardéchois trail in Desaignes, in the Doux valley.
Hot air ballooning: - Annonay is the birthplace of the Mongolfier brothers. Take a balloon ride in Quintenas, Roiffieux or Annonay and fly over the Cance valley.
Wine lovers - Oenology: - the wine route and its great vintages await you; the house is located in the heart of St Joseph. Croze Hermitage is located on the hills opposite. A few kilometres south of Tournon sur Rhône, Cornas and St Peray await you. - Taste a few wines at the pop-up bar near the little chapel in the Chapoutier vineyard. - Enjoy a glass at Paul Jaboulet's Vineum in Tain l'Hermitage or in other bars.

Fantastic stay!

En Ardèche verte..
Ce charmant gite, situé en haut de la voie sans issue et au pied de la tour d'Arras, domine le village .De chaque fenêtre on a une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Cette maison est d'une propreté irréprochable où il fait bon séjourner. Tout y est pensé pour se sentir comme chez soi. Maison, jardin, tout est décoré avec goût.

Une petite pépite
Petite maison perchée en haut du village, une vue incroyable et un calme apprécié. Location au mois d'avril, nous avons pu profiter du jardin et barbue. A l'intérieur une décoration de goût et surtout équipée pour se sentir comme à la maison.
La maison est aussi très propre, située à 30 minutes de nombreux sites touristiques.
Une vrai pepite et des propriétaires très réactifs qui ont laissés de quoi faciliter le quotidien.

Maison très agréable, superbe vue, en plein cœur des vignes
Très jolie maison ancienne, rénovée avec goût. Rien ne manque, tant en termes d'ustensiles de cuisine, de jeux pour toute la famille, de produits d'entretien et j'en passe, on se croirait à la maison ! Et cette vue, ce calme, tout en étant proche des commodités (avec voiture), et de toutes les merveilles à découvrir aux alentours (palais du facteur cheval, lacs, Tournon sur Rhone, Valence, magasins d'usine à Romans, petit train), excellent séjour et communication régulière avec notre hôte qui se souciait de notre confort, rien à redire, si ce n'est que je recommande vivement ! Großartiges Haus an der Rhonr
Sehr schönes und neu renoviertes Haus. TOLLES Bad und schöne Küche. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse die in einem Wanderweg durch die Weinberge mündet. Die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück ist sehr eng. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten unter einer weinberankten Laube. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Le logement est une maison ancienne parfaitement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. La vue, du jardin ou de la maison, est magnifique. La maison est située en haut du village, une randonnée est possible juste en sortant de la maison. La maison est très confortable pour trois ou quatre personnes. Elle est également parfaitement équipée tant en ustensiles qu'en produits divers (produits vaisselles, savons, condiments, ...). Les propriétaires sont disponibles, agréables et réactifs. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Très bon séjour!
Location conforme à l'annonce, très bien équipée et dans un état d'entretien intérieur parfait. Un accès direct par un petit chemin aux vestiges d'Arras d'où une superbe vue sur la vallée s'offre à vous. Bref un très bon séjour.
