À proximité du centre ville d'Arras. Possibilité d'aller à pieds.Aussi une baraque à frites et plus très pratique. Stationnement juste à côté. Appartement avec de grande pièces. Bon séjour à recommencer

Appartement confortable et propre. Conforme à la description et aux photos.Mais l'entrée du logement au rdc n'est guère accueillante: vieillote,odeur désagréable, espace peu éclairé car la lumière ne s'allume que lorsqu'on est dejà arrivé au tiers de l'escalier.Il faut aussi noter que l'isolation phonique avec l'appartement du dessus est assez faible... Le stationnement en journée est difficile, par contre pas de problème pour se garer le soir. La conciergerie est très réactive quand on a besoin d'eux. Notre séjour s'est quand même bien passé.
