Super smalle en steile trap naar derde verdieping - eerste avond geen licht in de gang dus gevaarlijk - geen gordijnen aan badkamer en slaapkamer - onvoldoende bestek, glazen en koffietassen (waren met vier) -verlichting ontoereikend binnen - versleten staat - geen rookmelder - geen nooduitgang
