A long way from Evora. Mine host not resident at the premises.No tv channels in English. Room was cold & could not operate the heating system, nobody on site to ask. Had to prearrange time for breakfast & could not find the tel. No. To contact the owner to amend so hanging around for an hour before staff arrived

Great staff, friendly and helpful, clean and fresh but somewhat let down by overflowing shower and damp in bathroom - seems like renovation works not done properly. Also our dinner was a little disappointing, portions too large and just meat and chips, no veg or salad.

Que boa surpresa! Quarto amplo, sobrio e aconchegante. Casa de banho ampla com uma banheira de sonho. Sem nada a apontar de menos positivo. Aconselho e certamente que sera a repetir. Péssima experiência

Péssima experiência, chegamos para realizar o check in não estava lá ninguém para nos receber. Em relação ao quarto muitas falhas, não tinha papel higiénico, faltavam as toalhas de banho, existia um mini frigorífico com precário mas o frigorífico estava totalmente vazio e fazia muito barulho a trabalhar e perdia água. Pequeno-almoço muito fraco com poucos produtos é fraca qualidade, o pão era de dois dias super rijo. A senhora com prenuncia brasileira que la trabalhava, não tem condições para trabalhar com atendimento ao público e nota falta de vontade, ter em conta a falta de higiene, da senhora em questão, porque estava a fazer limpezas e de seguida foi repor o queijo sem limpar as mãos e sem usar luvas, falta de higiene.
