Regras muitos rigidas, o chuveiro queimou, quando chegamos o quarto nao estava pronto, ele foi entregue as 16. Mas na hora de sair fizeram a conta comk se fosse as 14h e nos espulsaram do quarto as 12h.O hotel não esta em conformidade com as normas de checkin e checkout frequisivel. Pelo o valor que foi cobrado e oq se propem esta bem distante também. Não indicamos

Estadia

Estadia foi muito boa, ficamos por duas diárias. O Recepcionista Vinícius foi muito educado e deu várias dicas sobre o local. Café da manhã bem servido e funcionários educados e simpáticos. A localização muito boa, fomos a pé fazer a trilha da praia do forno. Ponto negativo que não havia shampoo e condicionador no banheiro e a noite tinha um odor de esgoto forte vindo do ralo do banheiro.

Poderia melhorar !!

Piscina boa . Me hospedei em um Quarto de casal superior que era bem amplo e estava cheiroso . Minhas reclamações são sobre o café da manhã que achei bem fraco, cheguei a pedir uma tapioca ou omelete para a cozinheira, já que eu não comia as poucas opções que estavam sendo servidas, e ela disse que não era possível . Os sucos não são da fruta , são de saquinhos . Muito fraco pelo valor que pagamos . Algo que me desagradou também foi ter visto uma barata, a noite, andando próximo a cozinha :/ . A dedetização tem que estar em dias , mesmo sabendo que é quase inevitável esses insetos . Outro inconveniente foi o estacionamento que não vagou nenhum dia para o nosso carro. E a rua estava sempre lotada de carros . Ficamos 2 diárias e não conseguimos colocar o carro no estacionamento em nenhum momento do dia . Os funcionários são bem ignorastes quanto ao fato de não ter vaga no estacionamento. Muito complicada essa parte e gerou transtornos para a nossa viagem.

Razoável... Teve pontos positivos e negativos Positivo funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Negativo pouca limpeza externa, a varanda da suíte em que fiquei e o pátio da frente não foram varridos nenhum dia, enquanto estive lá .
