Nestled in the heart of a peaceful hamlet, we have found the ideal house for 8 people, whether with family or friends, who wish to go on holiday together while maintaining a bit of privacy. How? Thanks to this seaside rental offering a house for 4 people and an annex also designed for 4 people.



The two houses are located around a beautiful swimming pool and a large 36 m² terrace, inviting both relaxation and convivial outdoor meals. The enclosed garden will be ideal for letting children play outside.



In the main house, you enter through a large living space with white, wood, and turquoise tones, which immediately immerses you in a beach and holiday atmosphere. The large American kitchen allows you to prepare good little dishes with several hands, or to involve the younger ones. To help you, you will find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher for added comfort. For breakfasts, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso pod machine are at your disposal.



The dining area consists of a large wooden table and its chairs, where everyone can take a seat for a convivial moment. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and armchairs, awaits you to watch good films on its large TV screen, or simply to relax after a good day of exploring the surroundings or enjoying the swimming pool. A bathroom with a large shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.



Upstairs, the sleeping area offers two beautiful rooms under the roof, each with its own shower room. In one of them, you will find a large Queen size bed (160/200), and in the other a double bed and a TV.



The outbuilding is located above the garage, in which you will have the possibility to store your bicycles. There are two large bright rooms, each with a large bay window offering a view of the pool and garden. The first has a large queen-size bed and a baby bed (travel cot). The second, with its two single beds, allows either a large bed (180/200) or two separate beds. This studio also has a wet room with a shower and a kitchenette.



For more comfort, the house has a washing machine and two hairdryers. You will also have the possibility of parking up to five cars on the plot.
