Alles soweit gut, nur kein Wlan im Objekt, obwohl angepriesen!
Das Objekt ist sauber und ordentlich, allerdings in ein paar Dingen überholungsbedürtig (z.B. Flachbildfernseher?, WLan integrieren?). Auch die Essgruppe in der Küche könnte mal aktualisiert werden.
Das neue Bad und die sehr gute Raumaufteilung sind ein großes Plus. Auch die Möbel und die Couchgruppe im Wohnzimmerbereich sind schon auf einem aktuellen Standard. Toll!
