The Space:

Das Studio wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail neu renoviert und hat alles was das Herz begehrt - ein hochwertiges Queensize-Doppelbett, einen gemütlichen Tisch für zwei Personen, zwei Schränke, TV mit 150 TV-Kanälen, ein top modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine top modern ausgestattete Küche. Traumaussicht auf Berge und Bäume sind auch inklusive:).



Lage ist genial: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bergbahnen (Hörnli und Weisshorn), Bahnhof, Obersee und Untersee mit Badelandschaft, Golfplatz, Wanderwege, Bike Trails - ist alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von hier aus kann man Arosa bestens erkunden. Viel Spass dabei!

Schwimmbad/Sauna:

Das Schwimmbad wurde neu renoviert gratis nutzbar. Zusätzlich hat es eine Sauna gegen Gebühr.



Terrasse:

Es hat eine wunderbare einzigartige Terrasse mit Traumaussicht. Dort können Sie mit einem Liegestuhl die Ruhe geniessen, Sport/Yoga machen oder auch selber etwas zum trinken/essen mitnehmen (insbesondere im Frühling/Sommer/Herbst zu geniessen, da es im Winter viel Schnee auf der Terrasse haben kann).



Skiraum:

Ihr Ski/Snowbard/Langlauf Equipment können Sie gut im Skiraum aufbewahren.



Waschmaschine/Trockner:

Waschmaschine und Trockenraum gegen Gebühr.



Guest Access:

Der Zugang erfolgt eigenständig über eine Schlüsselbox, wodurch der Check-In flexibel gestaltbar ist.

Arosa lies at 1,800 meters, surrounded by an imposing mountain landscape in the Schanfigg. In summer, the vacation region not only impresses families with the unique offer of the Arosa Card. The first-class Arosa Lenzerheide ski area delights winter fans of all ages. A visit to Arosa Bärenland or one of the numerous event highlights make every stay unforgettable. And: the many hours of sunshine also ensure a good mood.

Arosa lies on a plateau. From Chur, it takes about 40 minutes uphill on a winding road to Arosa. The road winds its way through the valley and overcomes an altitude difference of 1320 meters on 30 kilometers and around 360 bends.
