The villa currently has all the necessary amenities, while retaining the traditional charm. It is distributed in a modern kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom, TV, Wifi, spacious living room with access to a spectacular terrace which has a seating area, portable barbecue (upon request and availability) and sun loungers.

The tranquility of the rural surroundings of the house and its proximity to natural areas , at the foot of the natural landscape of Mountain´s Guaza. Make this accommodation a perfect place to practice outdoor sports place , cycling, jogging , golf, running..etc 2 km from Palm Mar and 4 km of Las Galletas and its marina , which has supermarkets , restaurants, pharmacies , post office , banks and ATMs, stores , gas stations. Next to the tourist area of Los Cristianos , Las Americas and Costa Adeje, with its entertainment and leisure . And just 10 minutes from the airport Reina Sofia - Tenerife South.

Erholung in der Sonne

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Alles, was man benötigt war da. Der Garten war bei der Ankunft sehr ungepflegt aber nach einer Woche kam ein Gärtner, dann ging es. 2 Duschtücher, 2 Handtücher für 16 Tage viel zu wenig. In der vorhandenen Waschmaschine gewaschen. Man wohnt auf einem Landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb, das darf man nicht vergessen. Jauchegestank und wahnsinnig viele Fliegen - dennoch haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Was fehlte haben wir gekauft.

Im Wesentlichen neue Einrichtungsgegenstände (IKEA) mit den Dingen, die man für einen zwei Wochen Aufenthalt (oder auch länger) benötigt und auch Dingen, die man nicht unbedingt im Urlaub erwartet (Spülmaschine). Grundsätzlich ruhiger Platz, in Abhängigkeit von den Nachbarn, die in unmittelbarer Nähe auf der anderen Seite der Gartenmauer untergebracht sind.
