Nice and modern apartment with sea views. Located in a great location in Los Cristianos, next to the promenade and a few steps from Los Cristianos Beach. Playa de las Vistas is also just a few minutes walk away.
This beautiful and bright apartment is prepared and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has a nice bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. A spacious living room. A beautiful fully equipped and very practical American kitchen. It also has a dining room, sofa bed and Smart TV. It has a large and complete bathroom. There is also a beautiful terrace with views of the sea and the pool, ideal for getting some fresh air and enjoying the sun and outdoor meals.
The apartment also has Wifi and a washing machine. We have a crib and high chair if necessary.
The complex is very well maintained and has a large community pool and a children's pool. It also has parking available.
The area is ideal as it has all the services, shops and a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. In addition to being able to enjoy beautiful walks by the sea.
