Amazing apartment with a magnificent terrace and incredible views of the sea. On the first line, next to the promenade and facing the sea. Ideal to enjoy the beautiful views, the sun, and being able to eat outdoors watching the sunset. It is located just a few steps from Los Cristianos Beach and Las Vistas Beach. An ideal location next to the sea and close to everything, with a wide variety of services, shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops.



The apartment has a nice bedroom with a double bed. A spacious living-dining room, with a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV, dining room and a large window with access to the wonderful terrace. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is equipped with everything you need. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine available. The magnificent terrace is very spacious, it has an outdoor table and chairs to sit and relax enjoying the beautiful views.



The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It also has Wifi. And we can add a crib and high chair if necessary. Community parking also available.
