Poor information messages

Vrbo need to arrange to be able to get in the property earlier than 3-00 p.m. We arrived in Tenerife at 12-30 and arrived at the apartment 1-45, we had no information on how to enter the apartment until 3-00. that was via the local tourist information office who read the Spanish message sent to me, and helped get the info we needed.
