The detached holiday home, built in 2007 and renovated in 2018, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.


Location
Palm Mar, district Palm Mar. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm open plot with shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Villa is located in the center of Palm Mar and has a living area of approx. 100 m2 and terraces of approx. 80 m2.

Access to the house is via 14 steps.

On the south-facing terrace is the private pool and you can enjoy a magnificent sea view.
