We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and end at 10:00 p.m. If any guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Disconnect from the routine in this wonderful one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Americas in the south of the island of Tenerife. It is located on the tenth floor of the Residencial El Dorado, very popular for its proximity to the sea and nightlife. The accommodation also offers a unique view of the ocean that can be appreciated from its large balcony with dining area and also from the bedroom.

It consists of a spacious room with views, a double bed, a wardrobe to store clothes and a safe. It has a complete bathroom with shower, where there is also a washing machine for the exclusive use of guests and an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, etc.), a nice area dining room for four people and living room with sofa bed (the sofa bed is individual) and TV, it also opens onto a large balcony with unbeatable views and a second dining area. Where guests can enjoy charming evenings.

The complex has an elevator, two incredible community pools with an area for sunbathing, tennis courts (ask about this as it may incur an additional cost) and parking (spaces are limited and you must provide the vehicle's registration number to be able to access and request a place).

The accommodation is located in the heart of Las Americas in the south of the island of Tenerife. Close to all the necessary services, shops, bars, restaurants and pubs, where guests can spend lovely evenings. Also close to the beaches that can be reached on foot, also close to public transport and SIAM PARK.
