Palm-Mar, in southern Tenerife, is a small enclave, bordering the Atlantic Ocean and flanked by two nature reserves. It is a residential area just 15 minutes from "Tenerife Sur" airport .



Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a stone's throw away.

A perfect base to explore Tenerife: magnificent nature, beaches, breathtaking landscapes, culture, colonial villages, unlimited sports activities... the best cocktail for an unforgettable holiday.



Along the sun-drenched avenues flanked by exotic palm trees, you will find several restaurants, cafes, eateries, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, medical centre, dentist

beauty centres, hairdressers, children's park and the beautiful Bahia Beach Club. Nearby, you can participate in various activities, such as golfing, hiking, cycling, snorkelling, etc.



In "Colinas de los Menceyes" the entrance to Palm-Mar, you can enjoy subtropical gardens, waterfalls and two swimming pools, one of which and the children's pool are heated, a spacious solarium with sunbeds and parasols. We had a great time spending 8 nights at Colinas - Taguise 3.3. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The hot tub on the terrace was an added treat. We also were very impressed with the pool area and over security of the Colinas complex. We visited a number of restaurants and bars in Palm-mar and felt very at home. Locals were very welcoming and friendly. We would love to return to Palm-mar again soon.

Die Ferienwohnung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Ausstattung, Lage und Sauberkeit gaben keinen Anlass zu größeren Beanstandungen.Was unseren Aufenthalt im Nachhinein jedoch sehr überschattet, ist der Umgang mit einem persönlichen Gegenstand, den wir versehentlich in der Wohnung zurückgelassen hatten. Dabei handelte es sich um ein Kuscheltier mit großem emotionalem Wert für unsere Familie. Noch am Tag der Abreise haben wir den Vermieter kontaktiert und auf das vergessene Kuscheltier hingewiesen.Umso enttäuschender war die Mitteilung, dass es bereits entsorgt worden sei. Für uns ist nicht nachvollziehbar, weshalb ein offensichtlich persönlicher Gegenstand so schnell weggeworfen wird – insbesondere, wenn sich die Gäste unmittelbar nach der Abreise melden.Der finanzielle Wert spielt dabei keine Rolle. Es geht um den Verlust eines Erinnerungsstücks, das emotional nicht zu ersetzen ist. Die Wohnung selbst war zwar okay, aber der Umgang mit dieser Situation hat bei uns einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen und ist der Grund für die niedrige Bewertung. Wir hätten uns mehr Sorgfalt, Verständnis und Kundenorientierung gewünscht.

Die Wohnung war sehr hell und freundlich. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Die Anlage wurde immer ringsherum gepflegt, so dass alles sehr sauber und in Ordnung ist.
