The Jacaranda apartment is located right in the heart of Playa de las Americas in a very central location. All shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the first floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea. On a clear day you can see the neighboring island of La Gomera. Internet is available free of charge via WLAN.

Cons. 1. The biggest negative was the awful drainage smell coming from the toilet. 2. The shower door was broken. 3. The pillows were wafer thin. 4. We only had one front door key for the first 3 days until we were given a second one. Pros - 1. Very comfortable beds 2. Plenty of space 3. Great location 4. Clean apartment

The apartment was clean. We booked it through HomeAway on strength of original description (which has now been modified !). There was no outside balcony to sit on and no sunbeds available at poolside for this apartment. Other apartments had beds chained up ! So these account for the lower rating. The curtain rails were hanging off and so looked uncared for and 'leather' settee was torn in places. The apartment was very convenient for supermarkets and buses.

Only one of four beds was good enough to sleep.My wife had to sleep on the couch, which was very dirty.On the dining area there was five cheap, foldable chairs, not very good for dining.When we arrived, the first thing to do was to wash the sticky floor. You should have seen the colour of washing water!!We did not find the balcony or the ironing board, both mentioned in VRBOs description of the apartment.

Logement idéalement placé pour profiter d'Arona sans être gêné par la vie nocturne agitée. Très jolie vue sur mer avec soleil couchant. L'équipement est complet. Que les adeptes du matelas ferme s'abstiennent, les matelas sont très mous.

Urlaubsenttäuschung

Bei entsprechendem Zustand "zufriedenstellend", jedoch: bei Übergabe unsauberer Zustand, Fenster ließen sich nicht verschließen, Mobilar heruntergekommen teiweise defekt, ( fernsehsessel, Couchen, Stühle,) Geschirrspüler defekt,Deckel der Waschmaschine defekt, Duschkopfhalterung fehlte, Matrazen so verschmutzt,daß sie ausgewechselt werden musten, ( wurden durch ebenfalls gebrauchte ersetzt! ), Stehlampe unbrauchbar Müll! Mehrere Strom- und Wasserausfälle rundeten das Bild ab! Die Wohnung wurde in einem unfertigen Zustand übergeben, erst nach einer Woche " Hin und Her" , ergänzen, korrigieren, ausbessern, telefonieren usw wurde es etwas besser, jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend! ( W-Lan a.Betr.) Die Geräuschkulisse war jede Nacht unerträglich, Lage nicht empfehlendswert. ( Eine Entschädigung wäre angebracht!)

Bien placée pour les fêtards mais pour les autres...

Les + : plein centre, 10mns de la mer, belle piscine, belle cuisine, grand lit confortable. Les - : sur l' annonce 85 M2, en réalité a peine 60 sacré différence. Côté ouest boîte de nuit a 200m musique jusqu' a 4h, côté est hôtel las piramides fêtards british très joyeux jusqu' a 4h. Appartement prévu pour 6 mais juste 4 chaises dont 1 cassée, table principale pied cassé, 2 canapés et un fauteuil hors d âge pourris. Vaisselle réduite, poêles inutilisables. Tout ça est bien dommage.

Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber.Schlüsselübergabe ging reibungslos.Durften sofort in der Wohnung.Auf Emails wurde sofort geantwortet.Pool war sehr sauber und manchmal hatten wir ihn ganz allein.Suppi.Negativ ist leider,das die Wohnung kein Balkon oder Terrasse hat.Außerdem ist das Nachbarhotel sehr laut(Feiernde Engländer).Dafür kann der Eigentümer aber nichts.In allen aber sehr empfehlenswert.4 von 5 Sternen.LG Michael

Sauberes Apparment in guter Lage

Das Apparment war sauber als wir es bezogen haben. Ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden und auch sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist ideal, in kürzester Zeit erreicht man Restaurants, Supermärkte, den Strand und Bushaltestellen/Taxistände. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld hat ebenfalls einwandfrei funktioniert. Sehr empfehlenswerte, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhälntnis!
