Lovely flat with sea view located in a very central area, a stone's throw from all amenities and the beach of Los
Cristianos. It is located on the fifth floor and consists of a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, double bedroom and
bathroom with shower and bidet. Among the various conveniences it has at its disposal are:
-communal swimming pool
-lift
-wi fi
And much more
Bed linen and bath towels included. Flexible arrival and departure times if possible (to be agreed in advance)
For arrivals after 22.30 there is a surcharge to be paid on arrival. For lost or broken keys there is an extra charge of 100
euro for changing the lock.
The flat is 5 km from Aqualand and 4 km from Siam Park and only 200 metres from the centre of the town of Los
Cristianos where you will find the best restaurants and bars
It is 200 metres from Puerto Los Cristianos and 500 metres from Las Vistas and San Telmo beach.
Only 17 km from Tenerife South airport.Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.
There are several free car parks in the area, there are shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies bars
