Casa de pueblo Gótica reformada al estilo montañés en medio de un paisaje rural tranquilo y rodeada de jardín con hamacas, sombrilla , etc. Cuenta con un  acogedor porche  cubierto , ideal para comedor de verano y vistas a la montaña y a los "prados" de Isla.

Casa de pueblo Gótica reformada al estilo montañés en medio de un paisaje rural tranquilo y rodeada de jardín con hamacas, sombrilla , etc. Cuenta con un  acogedor porche  cubierto , ideal para comedor de verano y vistas a la montaña y a los "prados" de Isla.
Consta de gran salón comedor, que forma el eje central de la casa y desde él acceso  a 3 dormitorios (1 con cama matrimonial, otro con 2 camas individuales y un tercero con 4 camas individuales ), 2 baños completos (uno con ducha y otro con bañera)  y  amplia  cocina equipada con lavadora, horno, microondas, cafetera, frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas y menaje necesario de cocina y limpieza. 
Además desde el salón se accede a dos altillos situados a derecha e izquierda, que apoyan  el encanto arquitectónico de la casa. Uno de ellos se destina a rincón de lectura   y el otro a dormitorio abierto con una cama individual. Diversas piezas anticuarias y un exquisito cuidado de cada detalle hacen que esta casa sea una elección original y diferente de alojamiento, para quien busca la tranquilidad del turismo rural en medio del campo,  alternándolo con turismo de costa situándose a un kilómetro de la playa del  Sable y del centro turístico de Isla.  
La casa tiene 200 metros cuadrados habitables y admite hasta 9 ocupantes y amplia parcela con  jardín, parking y porche.. Se entrega con ropa de cama y toallas.  Dispone de televisión y calefacción central. Se alquila por semanas mínimo en Julio y agosto, 4 noches en Semana Santa y 2 noches resto del año. No se admiten despedidas de solteros  y/o reuniones o celebraciones juveniles.  
 Lugares de interés cercanos: Ecoparque de Trasmiera; Santander, Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno, Laredo, Santillana del Mar.

superbes vacances!
Maison très agréable, propre et fonctionnelle et qui tient bien le frais ( idéal été et demi saison). Très bien située, à environ 5 min à pieds de la plage, des commerces et de l'agence. Personnels de l'agence très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Il y'a de nombreuses autres plages immenses et magnifiques à proximité, accessibles à quelques kilomètres en voiture. Vacances exceptionnelles à Isla !!
