Soleado chalet  independiente de 180 metros de superficie en Castillo,  municipio de Arnuero muy cerca de las playas de Isla y Noja (4 km.) .
Consta de dos plantas, bien distribuidas y rodeado de un bonito jardín independiente. En la planta baja tiene una habitación con cama de matrimonio, tv y baño completo con bañera , aseo, hall, cocina independiente y salón comedor . Además un estupendo porche orientado al jardín que hará de sus vacaciones un éxito asegurado.

Consta de dos plantas, bien distribuidas y rodeado de un bonito jardín independiente. En la planta baja tiene una habitación con cama de matrimonio, tv y baño completo con bañera , aseo, hall, cocina independiente y salón comedor . Además un estupendo porche orientado al jardín que hará de sus vacaciones un éxito asegurado.
En cuanto a los electrodomésticos, dispone de lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, vitro, cafetera, tostadora, plancha, nevera combi, etc.
En la planta primera,  baño con ducha, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y otro con 2 camas nido . Además se proporciona cuna gratuita y trona en caso de ser necesario. Hay también una plaza infantil extra en el sofá del salón
Situado en pleno entorno rural, dispone de todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones tranquilas y en pleno contacto con la  Naturaleza, a tan sólo 4 km. de las famosas playas de Noja y cerca de la autovía  que conecta con Santander (40 km.) Parque de la Naturaleza de Cabárceno (35 Km.), Santillana del Mar, Comillas y Suances (50 km.) , etc. Muy cerca, a tan solo 5 km. disponen de campo de golf, pista de kart, alquiler de caballos, descenso en canoa, museo del molino de las mareas, oficina de turismo, alquiler de bicicletas, piscina municipal, polideportivo, etc.. La famosa Playa de Ris de Noja, está abanderada por los amantes del surf y en ella podrá encontrar una escuela con clases de iniciación y avanzado. A tan solo 5 km. se encuentra la bellísima localidad de Isla, con sus hermosas playas y su "casco histórico" es visita obligada para los turistas que visiten la zona.  Y en Santoña, un pueblo pescador situado a 10 km. podrá disfrutar de su agradable puerto pesquero, comprara sus famosas anchoas o  ir de compras a su famoso mercadillo de los sábados por la mañana.  
Se entrega con todo el equipamiento de ropa de cama, toallas de baño y tocador. Dispone de wiffi gratuito. No se admiten mascotas.
