Paulson - Hermosa casa privada - hermosa cubierta y 3 niveles de vida.

Esta hermosa casa de tres niveles impulsa alfombras y pisos nuevos en 2016. 3 habitaciones, 3. 5 baños. Calor central. La gran sala tiene una estufa de leña, TV de pantalla plana / reproductor de DVD con NETFLIX y Hulu. Gran sala se abre a una gran terraza privada en el bosque. El dormitorio principal está en el piso principal (sin escaleras) con una cama tamaño queen y su propio baño con ducha. Arriba hay un baño completo (combinación de ducha / bañera), el segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y el tercer dormitorio con dos gemelos. El nivel inferior tiene una cama litera con una cama doble en la parte inferior, un sofá cama de matrimonio y un baño completo (ducha) también. Para divertirse en la sala de recreación, hay una mesa de futbolín, un reproductor de TV / DVD y NETFLIX, así como una videograbadora con algunas películas para pedir prestadas. Hay una mesa de ping pong en el garaje para uso de los huéspedes. Disfrute de la cubierta exterior con una barbacoa de propano, excelentes muebles de patio y naturaleza. Excellent family getaway

Cabin was great, and everything was just as expected. We were 4 adults and 4 kids, was perfect and comfortably sized for us. Kids loved the game room. Location is awesome for day trips to Big Trees park and Bear Valley.

Great getaway

The property is a great place to stay with a group of people! Lots of room for everyone and it is very comfortable! They could supply some wood for at least the first night you’re there.

Amazing as expected

We had the best time staying in blue lake springs. The cabin was clean and full of all our needs. It’s in a great location and very quiet. In the evenings we were able to hang out on the deck and enjoy walks. The hosts were awesome and easy to contact for any of our needs. This is our second time booking this cabin. We definitely hope to be back. Michelle and Keith

Reviewer Comments: First time we’ve stayed at Paulson chalet was summer 2022 and we liked it so much that we went ahead and rented it every summer since then. It’s so well and tastefully decorated, has absolutely everything one might need, and is situated in the quietest little street among the lush thick forest. Sheila is best and most patient agent one can wish for, as prior to renting it for the first time we’ve asked a million questions, and she patiently replied to them all! And whenever we have encountered a problem (lightbulb going out or anything not functioning perfectly), Sheila was momentarily responsive and would send us a handyman or drop anything that was necessary within hours. The cabin has lots of toys and games for kids of all ages and the owners always renew things here and there. There is now a great new smart TV in the living room (besides two more TVs on two other levels), brand new hockey table and a few portable AC units. The kitchen is so stocked and there’s so much kitchenware you will never need to go out. It does get hot on the top level but if you’re diligent and follow the helpful tips by the owners (keep windows and shadows closed during the day and air in the evening/at night), you can tame it. Besides, downstairs bedroom never gets too hot.The location of the cabin cannot be more convenient, easy access to all the main attractions of Arnold (lakes, shopping and Big Trees State park).Will most definitely be coming back here as long as we’re continuing vacationing in Arnold!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this cabin many many times in the summer and winter months. The cabin has great accommodations. Be mindful if you stay in the summer months there is no A/C. It would be so wonderful if there was a portable A/C unit that can be used. The temps were very high over the holiday weekend and it was uncomfortable for most of us to sleep at night. Our experience is always one of for the memory books. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has many items we need to make our meals at home.

Paulson Cabin

Very true to description fir this cabin. It was perfect for our weekend. Very comfortable, safe and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location - very peaceful and calm. Possibly a description of needing to wash linens, towels and such before leaving would be helpful for prior planning. Would have brought my own if I had known. Otherwise, everything was great here. Thank you!

Great Cabin

We had a great time at this beautiful cabin. It's fully equipped with all the amenities and more. Don't worry if you forget to bring something from home, this cabin has it all.Our kids instantly loved the cabin. It's location is perfect, not very far from Bay area.We would highly recommend this cabin.Fire place was just awesome. Wish we could stay little longer, we will definitely return back in the winter mostly.

A trip we will never forget. The home was beautiful, the photos do not do it justice! Amenities and extras were above and beyond! I only wish we had more time to stay, it was very difficult to leave!

Wonderful Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Paulson cabin was beautiful, and very well-maintained. The cabin had new carpet, and was extremely clean :) The cabin was very well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. Gorgeous trees surround the property, and the deck on the back was the perfect spot for coffee/meals. The cabin is at the back of the development, and was very quiet (no noise from Highway 4). The management company was great, and returned emails/questions quickly. The only suggestion I can make is to make sure to have directions to the cabin. Google Maps was spotty in areas. The company provided a map of the subdivision, but was difficult to navigate, especially in the dark.
