NEW! Colorful Cabin With Hot Tub + Pet Friendly

Escape to a whimsical cabin in the woods where luxury meets cozy. Hugged in by whispering pine trees, our Whimsy Homes Tree Castle is located between peaceful private lakes, snowy slopes, mountainside vineyards, and stunning forest trails among giant sequoias. Inside the cabin, you’ll find a rainbow of eclectic decor, new furnishings and appliances, and 5-star amenities. Made for travelers seeking unique experiences, Tree Castle blends indoor-outdoor living, modern luxury, and nostalgic vibes.
Directions:

From Hwy 4, take Country Club Drive (across the street from Snowshoe) and follow the road to Elizabeth Drive which is a left-hand turn. Drive about a minute on Elizabeth. Our cabin is on the right-hand side and has a sunset-sunrise exterior light that will be ON (unless power is out).

Please take extra care not to speed through the neighborhood as there are many foxes and deer who live here. They are especially active at dusk and dawn. It is also very common for locals to take walks on the roads, but there are no sidewalks. So please keep an eye out for animals, dogs, and people while driving.

Arnold is at 4,000 feet in elevation, and sometimes during the winter, snow chains or snow tires are required by the county to drive. You can reference quickmap.dot.ca.gov to view local chain requirements. Grizzly Bear Gas Station in Arnold may help you install your chains if you need assistance.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a travel crib.
