Nice cosy room with enough space. Clean bathroom. Good bed. Friendly staff. Breakfast is poor compared with other similar hotels. Parking facilities in adjacent parking garage for free. City centre only 100 m.

We booked this hotel for a family wedding and had great service from reception staff to the breakfast serving staff. They made us feel very Welcome and there were 30 of us in a group This is a very Central hotel close to the town centre with nearby restaurants and movie theatre and the railway station is about a 10 minute walk Would recommend this facility

The hotel was in a great location just off the city centre. The staff were really helpful and he rooms were nice, modern, and clean. I would definitely stay here again for business or pleasure. And of course the added bonus of a dead dragon outside the main reception

We found a very nice hotel in the middle of town, very clean, very friendly, and not too expensive. Parking you have to pay for and that is 14 euro per day.this should be cheaper. Ther is only breakfast an.d that is a pity

The hotel is located in the center of the town, 10 minutes walking from the railway station.Rooms are very clean, basic but have amenities to make coffee or tea. Wifi in the rooms. There is no safe in the room and we missed shelf space so we left our clothes etc in our suitcases. Beds and bathroom were good. Breakfast was more than adequate but a bit dull. All in all a good price for the money.

We stayed three night in this hotel, the room is really nice, it only feels a little bit like a "business hotel", a nice modern shower, really nice reception, the only thing that could be a little better was the breakfast, eventhough they refill everything really quick, more variety would be great.

We stayed here for one night, to visit some of the WWII sites in Arnhem. The hotel is very easy to find, on the river-front. Parking is easy, close to the road, in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful; ensuring our check-in was pleasant and helping us with our dinner arrangements, allowing us to eat on the balcony/terrace. The room is typical NH; fairly spacious, very clean, with a modern feel to it. The TV is multi-channel, including English channels and the Wifi is ok but not very fast. Dinner in the restaurant was fair. The slow-cooked beef was good. The view over the river is very good and we enjoyed it, while savouring some white wine. Location for access to Airborne Museum and the famous bridge is good, with a car.

Very good breakfast, clean and professionally presented. Rooms were very clean and tidy and the building was quiet. The location is excellent as it is right in the heart of town with plenty of restaurants and roads to plenty of other restaurants and shopping. Parking is extra and the chance of finding free parking is rather slim so pay up(my opinion) and enjoy the location.

This is a typical Holiday Inn Express with small but clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good although not spectacular. Front desk staff generally were pleasant and helpful. My two slightly negative comments were first that there is no restaurant in the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel but i arrived rather late and had difficulty finding something open. According to the hotel staff there are lots of places but they did not give directions that were easily absorbed by my jet lagged brain. A simple map would have been helpful. Secondly, there was no place to put my suitcase. That would be solved with the provision of a simple rack.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Really friendly, helpful staff. Breakfasts were good with plenty of choice of cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, meats, eggs, bread, toast, croissants and pastries with jams etc. Coffee and tea from a machine but okay for first thing in the morning. The room was quite large and was clean and housekeeping attended each day. Towels are provided in the en suite shower which contained a large walk in shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and a rail to hang clothes on. Would have benefited from having a very small fridge to be able to keep water and fresh milk in but apart from this we had a great stay. The staff were always available to help with how to get to places and where to get buses from which made it easy to get around. The only down side of staying at the hotel was not the fault of the hotel but it is opposite a building site for new flats I think so it was a bit noisy from 7am on the weekday mornings
