Initially, I was given a room that was unsatisfactory and small, but the following day we were moved to a room with the bed size I reserved and a bigger room that was suitable. Breakfast was good and the hotels itself was cozy with a very nice atmosphere.

Buena experiencia en Casa Nostra.

La finca-hotel es muy bonita. La decoración es espectacular. Las zonas verdes muy bien cuidadas, la piscina buena y en muy buen estado de limpieza. Los empleados son muy amables y agradables en su trato. La idea de la cocina compartida me parece buenísima, ya que uno prepara en el momento que se quiera , lo que uno desee. Gracias a Ana por su atención tan buena desde el momento de nuestra llegada. Tengo dos sugerencias: colocar algo de juegos de mesa , una mesa de ping pong y de pronto tener servicio de bar. Pero en general, recomiendo ampliamente la estadía en la finca-hotel Casa Nostra.

EXELENTE PROPIEDAD

Es un lugar hermoso y comodo, tal vez tener en cuenta el problema con termitas que no permiten dejar un comentario 10/10, por lo demas tiene lo necesario para estar muy comodo y cercano a todo lo que quieres visitar en el eje cafetero... sobre la habitacion es amplia y con una gran vista... recomendadisimo... reserve esta habitacion para mi y otra para unos familiares, a ellos no les fue bien con la habitacion por la ubicacion (atras de la cocina), pero ya se dejo el comentario especifico. Total amabilidad y las zonas comunes son preciosas... tiene 4 villas... nos alojamos en casanostra ( el mismo nombre de la propiedad) pero existe villa manuela, villa mariana y villa sara... mas pequeñas... pero igual de comodas.

GRAN LUGAR CON ALGUNOS LUNARES

La finca es espectacular y las personas son muy amables, en si es una propiedad con 4 villas, la villa mas grande tiene el mismo nombre de la propiedad CASANOSTRA y era la casa principal de la finca adaptada para hotel con las mejores zonas comunes. En cuanto al cuarto, la verdad tuve la mala suerte de no conocer de antemano la propiedad pies fui ubicado en un cuarto ubicado justo atras de la cocina, muy pequeño para 5 personas y con la particularidad de que toda la ropa sucia del alojamiento era tendida en frente de la puerta y toda la basura de la casa la dejaban en frente y en la noche los perros destrozaban las bolsas y los otros huespedes tambien dejaban su basura en la entrada. tal vez lo hicieron para tener mas capacidad en el hospedaje... pero deben considerar que esa ubicacion es mas para un cuarto de servicio que para hospedar huespedes. En general la ubicacion y la belleza de las zonas comunes de toda la finca resalta y los otros cuartos son comodos... para terminar tiene un problema de termitas o comejen en casi toda la casa y se evidencia en las noches sobre el piso y la ropa de cama.

Malas instalaciones

Bastante regular el hotel. No brindan el servicio como lo muestran en la página. Las fotos no son ciertas, mienten con el tipo de desayuno que se les brinda a los huéspedes, las habitaciones son muy regulares y el aseo es un total desastre. La cama demasiado pequeña para dos personas, las toallas con mal olor, el vidrio de la habitación roto y el del baño también, el vidrio de la habitación fue ‘arreglado’ con cartón y no cambiaron la habitación. Me dijeron que tendría una habitación con vista al jardín y me dieron una sin nada de vista.

Instalaciones bonitas, nunca sirvió wifi, NO HAY RESTAURANTE COMO DICE LA PUBLICACION, no cambiaron sábanas, solamente tendían cama, atención muy buena, HABITACION INICIAL NO ACORDE CON RESERVA, no tiene hidromasaje como dice la publicación, tienen caballos que pasan por las casas y no limpian lo que dejan.
