This place was really beautifully decorated and close to everything. The Sevice was good. However there was a rancid smell in our room that the people in reception did not take seriously. I guess they thought us to be smelly Americans. I think there was an issue with their sewage line or something. I hope they get it fixed.

Lovely little beach town getaway. Friendly staff, in a convenient location. Enjoyed walking the surrounding streets, trying the shops and restaurants and cafes. We tried the on-site restaurant but enjoyed other eateries around town more. Air conditioned rooms were a necessity - glad this amenity is available here. Rooms, especially the bath/shower parts, were small, even in the suites, probably just the way this town is, like many beach tourist communities. Biggest downside was a popular bar across the street and a few doors down that played loud dance/disco/club music continuously on most days of our trip, until at least midnight. Not possible to enjoy the lovely balcony and get in some sun unless you like boom-boom-boom music. Even in the rooms with the patio doors closed it was loud enough to keep us awake. Not sure if that's seasonal or what, so maybe ask about your stay dates if that sounds like an issue.

The location is great. Front Desk staff was friendly and escorted us up to the room and gave us a room orientation. They also gave us a tour of the Spa. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the hotel's amenities.

Nice place in a beautiful town

This was a very last minute reservation, as we were passing the area late at night. The hotel is centered in city with an attached restaurant right next to it. The room is a very basic, but that’s all we needed.

Super Hotel in Saintes Maries de la Mer

We cannot thank the hotel staff enough as they were all so friendly and worked hard to ensure every guest feels welcome. The hotel is in a convenient position with free parking outside. It has very interesting decor. We arrived very early and the Reception Team were lovely and kept our luggage for us while we went off to explore the town. When we returned they had taken our luggage up to our room and we were given a tour of the amenities and advice on all the services available. We had breakfast in the hotel once and felt that the charge was a little steep. It is much more fun to go and sit at a cafe and drink coffee and each croissants and watch the people going about their business. The Camargue is a lovely area to explore and there is so much to see and do. We thoroughly recommend it.

Nice weekend getaway

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful. I do feel it's a bit overpriced, but it's the best option in Saintes Maries. The pool area is lovely. The parking situation could be better.

Close to everything

Came here on short notice. Nice hotel with great staff. Good restaurant. Close to everything. Especially liked the French Bullfights that were going on the weekend we were there.
