It was advertised as closing at 9 PM but on the day of the reservation, with 2 minutes of warning, the property told us they were closed at 8. We got there at 8:30 and no one was around, so we were stranded. We ended up getting another hotel that night, and the property refused to grant any partial refund (under the no-show clause) despite violating the conditions of the booking.
