It is far from the city (Arles), in an area where there is nothing interesting. The "huts" are old, features reduced to a minimum, careless and bit clean. The breakfast is kept to a minimum. Staff bit sympathetic. Quality / high price. The pool looks nice, but the area was infested with gnats.

I was there for one night, the place is very carachteristic and cozy. No problems for the parking that was outside. The bathroom and the room were clean and warm. The bed really comfortable. The only think i didn't like was the moquette on the floor. I think they should banish the moquette from everywhere in the world. I could stop again in the future.

Very friendly staff but all sorts of problems - cold water for shower, staff smoking in the bar area, bedroom very basic , hard uncomfortable bed. One highlight - attractive restaurant with good food.

The hotel sent me an email via booking system one day before my coming. I reserved 2 nights in advance but the hotel provided me with a room just for 1 night. No compensation, no excuse, nothing! As to the hotel itself... No elevator. Room decoration is modest and old, mattresses are uncomfortable. WiFi connection is slow. Receptionist people are fine and very friendly & polite. Restaurant of the hotel is very good and delicious! Very recommend!

I think the title says it all! We loved the pool but were confronted with fleas in our room ... And as far as we know fleas don't belong in a 'hotel'room so we mentioned it to the staff but they didn't even bother ... So we will never ever go there again!

The Hostellerie is in a nice village next to Arles, with the pool being the highlight. It is too cold to use in May but it looked like one could have fun in it in the summer. The accommodation, on the other hand, was quite bad. The first and greatest shock was a small double room with what seems like doors to a balcony that open to - a toilet and bathroom! So, in order to get some fresh air, you'd need to air the room through the restroom which is a strange proposition, to say the least. The whole place had a worn-out look, although the room service seemed good. We didn't get a chance to sample the restaurant but ate in Arles and other small towns of Provence. I would steer clear from this place, the photos really earned the tag "professional photos".

Stayed here for two nights, staff very friendly and rooms clean. The bed unfortunately wasn't particularly comfortable and the shower didn't get hot. Did expect a bit more from breakfast after paying nearly 8 euros each, would recommend heading out instead. Within walking distance of Arles which was good as we didn't have a car. Spent 2 weeks traveling and would say this hotel was the most expensive for what we got, but good value compared to places closer to Arles centre.

Very nice little hotel with cosy rooms. Clean and friendly, free parking advantage. We were staying there in summer, the pool was very handy and you can dine by it in the evening. We had delicious diner in the hotel's restaurant as well, very pleasant stay overall.

Only 8 min driving away from Arles. Good deal. Nice swimming pool area. Ideal for one day or two to visit the sourroundings and Arles. Rooms are dated. Staff is friendly. You can park safely on the rear of the hotel

This hotel has 3 positive things. First is pool which is really nice to have there to refresh after coming back from Arles or from Camargue natural park. Second thing is location of this hotel which is situated close to highway and not far from city of Arles and Camargue natural park. Third thing is restaurant which is really good. We were surprised that it is possible to eat such a good meal in such a poor environment. We had a really poor room in the 2nd floor which is real surprise with having bathroom and room actually in one big space just divided with poor doors and some curtains. Be aware of bed frames. My wife injured herself on that iron made frames. Photos don't show actual situation. Hotel is worn out and in poor condition but on photos looks like some idyllic little pension with swimming pool.
