The building was built on the site of the ancient civil basilica erected in the 4th century AD and a perfectly preserved vault of this monument is still included in the wall of the apartment
The area is 80 m2. On the lower level (3rd floor) is the fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. The lower level bedroom can accommodate 2 guests with Epeda Palace 160cm bedding and a bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilets are independent and located on the ground floor.
On the upper level, the apartment has a large living room, a bedroom and the terrace. The room can accommodate 2 guests and also has 160 cm Epeda Place bedding with its own bathroom.
