Arlesienne house renovated by architect magnet the "cozy" spaces, warm materials, light ... This townhouse is located in the very typical Portagnel Street (near Arena, SNCF workshops and LUMA Foundation). Shops, restaurants and free parking nearby. The station is within 10 minutes walk. Close to the renowned Provençal market (Wednesday and Saturday). Quiet street but close to the animation. The house has two bedrooms each with a bed 2 places (140) but an extra bed for a child may be added.

Séjour décevant

Chambres minuscules, une seule salle de bain , traces d’humidité, sommeil difficile car chaleur extrême la nuit (pas de climatisation) la Cuisine est au 2 eme étage ultra chaude en dépit de tout bon sens , je ne conseille pas cette location à plus de 2 personnes

Très bien situé

La communication avec la propriétaire est aisée bien que nous ne l'ayons pas rencontrée. Le logement est très propre et bien entretenu. Une délicate attention nous attendait à notre arrivée. Très proche de l'arène et des points d'intérêt d'Arles. Petits bemols: literie très dure, pas de climatisation et il faisait très chaud et enfin la rue est calme la journée mais très bruyante la nuit. Information pratique:le logement n'est pas adapté à des petits enfants, les escaliers sont raides. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour.

tout simplement parfait

Du premier contact à la procédure de départ, tout à été parfait. L'appartement (une petite maison typique) de Arles offre tous les avantages pour un court séjour. Il a été redécoré par une architecte designer au goût sûr qui a préservé l'authenticité des lieux. Chaque pièce remplit sa fonction avec raffinement et le moindre détail a été pensé. Il suffit d'arriver les mains dans ses poches. L'emplacement de plus est idéal car à trois minutes à pied des Arènes mais dans une rue calme. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Soggiorno indimenticabile

L'appartamento, delizioso, si trova in una zona di Arles vicina ai punti di attrazione turistica ma che mantiene il sapore vero della città. Strutturato su tre piani ha una cucina perfettamente attrezzata e in ogni angolo una impronta di buon gusto che lo rende davvero speciale. Vi abbiamo soggiornato in agosto 2017. Florence è' una Host attenta e disponibile. La casa si sviluppa su tre piani. Bencollegata a piedi con il centro a due passi dall'anfiteatro.

Formidable séjour chez Florence!

Charmante petite maison, bien distribuée, fonctionnelle, joliment équipée et agréable à vivre à 4 grâce à une rénovation contemporaine de qualité. Avons adoré les couleurs, la pièce à vivre en haut, les petites astuces gain de place et le calme le soir. Annonce et photos en phase avec la réalité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour les prochaines Rencontres de la photo, merci Florence!

Location à recommander

Appartement très bien situé: à 2 minutes à pied du Colisée d'Arles. Vous pouvez vous déplacer sans prendre la voiture pour faire l'essentiel des visites de la ville qui est très sympa. Grands marchés chaque mercredi et samedi. Attention toutefois: le parking très proche de la location est payant de 9h à 19h: à prendre en considération. D'autant qu'on ne peut s'y garer le mercredi. Pour les sorties en Camargue et autres, il faut compter à partir de 25 minutes environ de voiture depuis l'appartement. Appartement typiquement arlésien sur 3 niveaux, adapté pour une famille de 4. Rénovation très récente terminée il y a quelques mois: état impeccable, et très propre. Décoration actuelle mêlant les styles: très sympa. Cuisine très bien équipée, rien ne manque, pas même la Nespresso: What else? Rien ne manque d'ailleurs dans cet appart. de manière générale. Florence, la propriétaire, est très chaleureuse, et de bon conseil, notamment sur les restos! Allez chez Za, au Bar de l'étang, aux Saintes Maries de la Mer: vous y mangerez du poisson très frais et excellent! Personnellement, nous avons été ravis par notre séjour en avril 2016. La région est très belle; prévoir de très très nombreuses visites!!! Il y a tant de sites à découvrir pour les amateurs de vieilles pierres! Et la Camargue...!
