False information

No restaurant onsite. Skunks not taken care of( strong smell!) At least live trap and move! Had to ask for entry info. No wifi or tv without Roku personal acct. Host and VRBO is not the least bit interested in how your stay is.

Decent Enough

Not the complaining type, and my friends and I were in town for a hunt. However:Upon arrival, the entirety of the place smelled of skunk. The smell never left, but we bought cleaning supplies and made due. One of the nights, at 1:00 AM someone or someone(s) came and banged on the sliding glass windows of the location. There are RV's (presumably fulltime) on the same property that we assumed were responsible as we saw them all drinking late into the night nearby. The oven had no racks, just a tin platter on the bottom. We did not use it. Water pressure and temperature were good, refrigerator worked, and electricity was on. Really, the complaints lie within the smell that never went away and dealing with the neighbors playing pranks on whoever rents the place.
