Peaceful setting with breathtaking countryside views, this holiday home in Ariano nel Polesine is an idyllic place to stay in your next holiday. With 1 bedroom to house 4, shared swimming pool to cool off and a shared garden, it is perfect for a family or friends all year round.

The town centre of Ariano Polesine with restaurants, supermarket and other facilities is 6 km away. San basilio's church is 8 km away. You can also go to spend your day on the beach in Rosolina Mare at 31 km.

Outside, you can never get enough of the sweeping and dramatic views all day long sitting in your shared garden. On the 1st floor, there is a living cum dining room and an open kitchen, for your convenience. Parking is on-site. Washing machine is also there, so that you take care of laundry worries. Air conditioning is available apart from heating, so that interiors are comfortable. Being a pet-friendly property, max. 1 pet is allowed for a small fee.
