This spacious half of a tastefully decorated 3 BD/ 2 Bath duplex is ready for the single traveler or those traveling with their posse. Stylishly decorated with care and experience. Whether you’re staying for one night or many, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay and home away from home. Located just a couple of miles off I-35W and close to so many area attractions. A fully fenced yard and off-street parking make this place easy to come home to.

I live just a few minutes away!

We welcome responsible pet owners! We do charge $15/pet per night for a max of $150 per stay. This will be charge separately the day before arrival. Please keep pets off all furniture and crated when you leave the townhome.

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 10 am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (10am-11am) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on the property
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
