- Bedroom 2: double sofa bed and single bed
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Outside:
- A 30m² south-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- A second 10m² terrace
- A beautiful 90 m² fully enclosed garden

The house is ideally located in Argenteuil, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
