L'annonce indique que la capacité du logement est de 13 personnes, cependant la pièce à vivre (cuisine séjour) ne possède qu'une table pouvant recevoir maximum 6 personnes. Certes la terrasse de la maison possède une table pouvant accueillir plus de personnes, mais en hiver cette terrasse n'est pas praticable.L'emplacement de la maison est tel, que la maison en hiver est à l'ombre toute la journée, ce qui limite totalement l'utilisation de la terrasse. La maison est malgré tout propre et plutôt confortable. À noter que l'aspirateur n'est pas entretenu, son filtre à poussière est tellement plein que l'on ne peut l'utiliser que quelques minutes. Un grand merci au service de conciergerie, qui a assuré l'accueil et répondu positivement à nos demandes au cours du séjour. Je ne recommande pas cette maison en hiver, car elle n'est pas du tout ensoleillée, et parce que sa pièce à vivre n'est pas adapté pour accueillir plus de 6 personnes.
