ARGELES PLAGE, LE RACOU, Résidence le Comte de Taillefer, 50m from the beach and 20m from the nearest shops, 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor, approximately 50m², equipped for 4-5 people:

Living/dining room (double sofa bed + single Murphy bed, TV, dining area),
Separate kitchen (oven/microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster),
Bedroom (2 single beds),
Bathroom (washer-dryer) and separate WC.

The advantages of this rental: its location in the highly sought-after Racou district, partially pedestrianized - Shared swimming pool - Terrace with sea view, furnished with garden furniture and a griddle. Secure private parking.

Our accommodations are reserved for families; groups of young people will be refused on arrival.

A vast sandy beach of 7 km, clear waters and the Albères massif which dominates the beach. On the seafront, a pine forest and a 3 km tree-lined promenade for strolling.
To the south, towards Collioure, you will find this corner of paradise that is “Racou”, a confined hamlet, a former fishing village.
Without forgetting its village where lovers of historical heritage will admire the numerous religious buildings such as the Notre-Dame del Prat church.
