This duplex apartment in a modern building offers phenomenal views over Lago di Como. The pool in this small complex of only 7 units is the largest in Argegno. This is historic village is reachable on foot in only 8 minutes where you will find 7 restaurants with fantastic food. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are different streaming services. The road next to the apartment can be busy during a few moments but is very quiet at night. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, one with a stunning lake view, the other at the poolside. If necessary the couch in the living room can be transformed into a double bed.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views
